Catina Howard is a Democrat, devoted wife, and loving mother who has resided in Black Jack, Missouri for over 14 years. Candidate Howard is currently serving her third term as Vice President of the Amalgamated Transit Union Local 788. Catina is an active board member of Citizens of Modern Transit and serves as Trustee of Bi-State ATU 788 pension fund. Additionally, she served as a Community Outreach Specialist for Human Development Corporation and a former Missouri Licensed Realtor.
Candidate Howard is a member of several community labor organizations including Job for Justice, National Women’s Political Caucus, AFL-CIO, and The Coalition of Women’s Trade Union. Howard is committed to serving her community by confronting labor issues, economic development, and equal justice under the law. She is also passionate about women rights and improving academic outcomes for students residing in North County. Catina is a proven leader who is prepared to represent the citizens of the Missouri House of Representatives 75th District.
